Their goal was to foster a singular corporate culture which encourages outstanding project performance through teamwork, winning, hard work, commitment to clients, and mutual respect. Sovereign set out to be the best place to work for the best people in the environmental industry.
Within 10 years, Sovereign grew to 10 times its original size without acquisition or merger. What started as 19 environmental professionals in one office is now a company of more than 200 employees spread across 15 offices in 10 states, earning more than $135M in revenue over the last 3 years.
