Our Mission

We strive to be the best workplace environment for the best people in the industry. Our full time employees receive comprehensive benefits and gain valuable experience with several different types of projects and market sectors.

Our Team

Sovereign’s project team structure fosters our personnel’s technical strengths and project management skills. New employees receive extensive training and become integral parts of numerous project teams. Our senior staff mentors junior employees who are interested in becoming project managers, senior scientists / engineers, or licensed professionals. Through our mentoring and training programs, we encourage our employees to enhance their scientific skills, become familiar with internal accounting and business structures, and cultivate their expertise in the administrative, contractual, financial, quality control, and technical aspects of managing projects.

Our People

Sovereign’s project managers, engineers, and field technicians know how to solve tough technical issues and help clients to develop and implement cost-effective solutions. We support our employees’ professional development goals as much as possible. Sovereign’s employees participate in professional organizations, attend and present at professional seminars and conferences, prepare professional papers, obtain professional licenses and certifications, and develop new initiatives for the work place.

Our Community

We encourage employees to be active members of their communities and contribute their time and resources to nonprofit and charity events. Sovereign donates to many employee-sponsored causes and fundraisers.
