Staying Well

We believe that caring for the well-being of our employees improves the quality of our work. Sovereign gives staff members at least 2 weeks of paid time off for each full calendar year and 9 paid holidays. We offer health, dental, and vision insurance coverage, as well as health savings account and flexible spending account programs for medical expenses.

Planning Ahead

We want our employees to be prepared. Sovereign’s full-time staff members receive basic life insurance at no additional cost. We offer supplemental short-term and long-term disability through our insurance provider.

To help employees meet their retirement goals, Sovereign has a 401(k) program, which is available to all full-time employees age 21 and over.

Learning More

After one year of full-time employment, employees become eligible for Sovereign’s tuition reimbursement program. Sovereign pays for all mandatory continuing education and professional training such as OSHA Hazardous Waste Operations, Defensive Driving, CPR/First Aid, API WorkSafe training, and continuing education requirements to maintain professional licensure. Employees are compensated for their time spent in training. In addition, we fund additional professional training and continuing education for our employees on a case-by-case basis.
