Responsibilities for the position are:

• Conducting site assessments

• Developing work plans for site investigations and remediation

• Preparing remedial action plans

• Conducting feasibility studies

• Managing storm water and wastewater compliance, including permitted discharges

• Coordinating sampling and analysis when required

Position requirements:

• Bachelors degree in environmental, mining, petroleum, or civil engineering

• Retail petroleum site knowledge (for candidates with experience)

• AutoCAD experience

• OSHA 40-hour (29 CFR 1910.120) HAZWOPER certification

• Demonstrated technical writing skills

• Ability to work outdoors under inclement weather

• Excellent communication, analytical, and interpersonal skills

• In-depth knowledge of remediation system design, system install and O&M, site investigations, and evaluating remedial technologies preferred for candidates with experience

• FE certification preferred

• Current OSHA 8-hour refresher preferred
