Sovereign Consulting Inc. Welcomes Greg Janiec
Sovereign is very excited to welcome Greg Janiec as Program Manager in the firm’s Cherry Hill, NJ office. He brings 20+ years of experience and leadership in the federal arena, focusing on disaster preparedness, response, and recovery, physical security, facility risk management, environmental programs, and hazardous materials management fields. Greg will work with both federal and private sector programs to help develop a new response and recovery service line and leverage Sovereign’s capabilities to new and existing clients.
Greg developed his experience and skills through the United States’ largest disasters in recent years (e.g., Hurricanes Katrina, Rita, Isaac and Sandy, as well as the Joplin, MO tornado debris mission), complex contaminated site assessment and remediation projects, and commercial facility challenges. He has supported business continuity planning and provided project management support and preparedness consulting on federal projects. He also has program/contract management experience on large ($40M+) technical support contracts with the U.S. EPA and U.S. Army Corps of Engineers involving facility evaluation and inspections, site safety, preparedness planning, site assessments, training and exercises, emergency response, and remediation activities.
Greg’s focus at Sovereign will be on capability development, strategic planning, business development, profitability enhancement, and disaster response and recovery program execution.
