Sovereign Opens New Office in Houston, Texas; Welcomes Six New Personnel
Sovereign Consulting Inc. has announced the opening of a new office in Houston, TX. Located at 3700 W Sam Houston Parkway South, Suite 450, the new office allows the company to build on its recent growth in the region and better serve existing and future clients in Southeast Texas. Sovereign’s Houston office will initially focus on a large-scale remediation project for a major refinery providing regulatory compliance and construction oversight.
The office operations will be jointly led by Program Managers, Robert "Bob" Clarke, PE and David Lingle along with a team of four individuals and experts with a diverse area of expertise including environmental, civil, geotechnical, and coastal engineering; construction management; health and safety; permitting; environmental sampling; and, human and ecological risk assessment. Prior to joining Sovereign, the team worked together for a nationwide engineering firm. At Sovereign, the Houston team will develop new business with petroleum companies and government clients in Texas, as well as support existing contracts with major oil companies.
