Sovereign Partners with Integrity Energy, LLC to Move Into the Renewable Energy Market
Sovereign Consulting Inc. has announced a partnership with Integrity Energy LLC, a Delaware-based solar energy company. Sovereign and Integrity are teaming to plan, construct, operate, and maintain renewable solar energy systems for commercial, nonprofit, educational, and governmental clients in the Northeast.
Integrity is developing a portfolio of solar photovoltaic (PV) energy projects in which Integrity has a major equity investment. Integrity works with companies as a PV integrator offering comprehensive services for project financing, engineering, and turnkey installation. Integrity’s mission is to develop renewable and solar energy solutions that reduce customers’ short and long-term energy costs while decreasing their environmental footprint. In addition to comprehensive system services, Integrity negotiates power purchasing agreements which capture the benefits of governmental rebates and credits for renewable energy and accommodate clients’ ownership preferences. Sovereign and Integrity’s partnership offers our clients a single source for advanced PV products, system engineers, and financing solutions, from PV system financing, design, and permitting to construction, installation, and operations and maintenance. The partnership’s resources facilitate immediate response to any client’s need, delivery of turnkey services throughout the entire life cycle of a PV project, and implementation of innovative solutions, including solar-integrated carports and automated, real-time performance monitoring.

Integrity is led by Mr. Paul Maus, Program Director, who has more than 30 years of experience in forming and managing environmental companies with expanded and diversified services. He has successfully developed and managed organizations that provide engineering and construction services in private and municipal markets including environmental remediation, public water supply, petroleum fueling systems, storm water conveyance and treatment systems, infrastructure projects, commercial construction, and research & development associated with commercialization of innovative remedial technologies. He has managed hundreds of environmental projects throughout the U. S. Mr. Maus has built relationships with national leaders and renewable energy companies, through his volunteer work with nonprofit organizations, which included a $10M expansion plan incorporating sustainable elements such as renewables, solar electricity, ground heat pumps, and energy saving devices.
